Infill is the internal structure inside a 3D printed product. It provides strength and support while keeping the item lightweight. The infill percentage determines how much material is used inside the print.
Here's a simple guide:
15% Infill: Lightweight and suitable for decorative items or products with light everyday use.
50% Infill: A great balance of strength and weight, making it ideal for most everyday products.
90% Infill: Extremely strong and durable, recommended for products that need to withstand heavy use or extra stress.
At Dahl Designs, we list the infill percentage in each product description so you know exactly how strong your item will be before you buy.

We mainly use strong PLA plastic, which is durable, lightweight, and eco-friendly. It’s perfect for everyday use and outdoor gear.
